Welcome to the Terms and Conditions page of Kennedysdrivingschool. We strive to provide a safe and effective learning environment for all our students. Please read the following information carefully to understand our policies and procedures.
Cancellation Policy
Failure to cancel a lesson with less than 24 to 48 hours notice will result in a full session charge. We value our instructors' time and appreciate your cooperation in respecting their schedules.
Suitability for Lessons
Before taking a lesson, ensure that you are fit and able to drive. Your instructor will choose a suitable area for you to practice your driving skills. In addition, Pupil must hold a valid driving licence, provisional learner licence, full or international and produce it on your first driving lesson. You should always bring your licence with you on your lessons.
Your driving instructor will do their best to ensure that your lessons start and finish on schedule, but reserves the right to change lesson lengths, cancel, change start/finish times and postpone lessons under circumstances beyond their control (eg; weather conditions that are dangerous, school car broken down or illness). If your driving instructor postponed your lesson, fees paid in advance will be carried forward.
